From: Simon Glass <simon.glass@canonical.com> Move the DEFINE_WAIT macro to linux/wait.h alongside the other wait queue stubs. This is a more appropriate location since it is a standard Linux kernel wait queue primitive. This reduces ext4_uboot.h from 550 to 547 lines.
